Every start-up has a story. Ours began when we worked together in the education sector.

So, we decided to close that loop and start our own, and here we are with The Loop!

Naheed is a marketing and communications professional with fifteen years of work experience in creating and implementing strategic, result-driven marcomms for education and not-for-profit organisations.

She headed the marcomms teams for two universities in Dubai and managed the function for two international development organisations prior to that.

During her career, Naheed has managed multiple brand related projects. These include recreating the British Council brand in Pakistan, post close of public access, and revamp of the University of Wollongong in Dubai’s brand, working with the parent university in Australia.

From creating research based strategies to running PR projects to generating leads for the sales cycle, Naheed has consistently delivered successful outcomes.

Her portfolio covers marcomms strategies, brand guidelines, slogans, advertising copy for all mediums, video scripts, feature articles, newsletters (both digital and print), websites, emailers and social media campaigns.

Naheed is a Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.





Rachel is a communications professional specialising in the production of corporate collateral, media releases, marketing and web content. She is also a skilled copyeditor, particularly in an ESL context.

A native English speaker, Rachel has over fifteen years experience of working with private, government, and higher education sector organisations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She has been involved in projects with the European Commission and the World Bank, and has collaborated with businesses in the aviation, construction, digital and creative industries, as well as not-for-profit groups.

Her portfolio covers the full spectrum of organisation-customer communications. She has written speeches for senior institutional personnel and her editorial pieces have been featured in both national and regional publications.

Rachel is a Prince 2 certified project management practitioner and a registered member of the UK Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She holds a masters degree in communications with distinction from the University of Leicester, UK.

Sabiha is an innovative and experienced graphic designer, fully understanding her clients’ objectives before providing design solutions.

Her attention to detail and technical skills help take a project from conceptualisation to production with results that are visually attractive and business driven.

Sabiha’s designs stand for colours and dimensions as well as practical usage. She can create visual brand identities and guidelines, prospectuses, newsletters, brochures, calendars, books, digital materials, logos, packaging, event designs, signages and typography.




Khawaja is a graphic design and digital marketing professional. His specialisations include concept, creation and technical set up of websites with focus on customer journey and ease of use, as well as design of logos, digital and social media communications, focusing on engagement with and conversion of customers.

Khawaja also designs mobile apps and software interfaces/form screens (UI/UX) and has worked on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects for clients from different industries from many countries.
